Mister Pop connects people, creative work, and places through its websites, Studio, and mobile app. These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when you use those services. An offering or signed agreement may include additional terms for a particular purchase, project, or relationship.

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in and credentials, and act only for people or organizations you are authorized to represent. If you give an integration or service account access, you are responsible for keeping its permissions appropriate and revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Respect other people, their work, and the places you visit. Do not use Mister Pop for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Customers and Explorers

Before purchasing, review what is included, who supplies it, the total price and currency, applicable taxes and fees, delivery or event details, and any limits on use or transfer. The offer should explain its fulfillment, refund, cancellation, and support arrangements. Ask for clarification before buying if those details are missing.

For a purchase collected through Mister Pop’s managed checkout, Mister Pop is the payment merchant and handles payment support and refund intake. The identified supplier remains responsible for the goods, services, or experience it agrees to provide. A receipt or successful payment does not expand the scope of what was offered.

A Right grants the use described in its terms. It does not transfer ownership of a place, creative work, or intellectual property unless the applicable agreement expressly says so. Keep any reservations, access limits, time periods, and other conditions that apply to your purchase.

Purchases through an app store or an external merchant follow that provider’s checkout and refund process. Follow the merchant and support information shown there. An affiliate link or sponsored placement does not make Mister Pop the seller of an external purchase.

While exploring, stay aware of your surroundings, follow venue rules, and respect access restrictions. A digital experience or location marker does not give permission to enter private property or a restricted area.

Refunds and cancellations

The terms presented for your purchase explain when cancellation, return, replacement, or a refund is available, including what happens if an event is postponed or an offering cannot be fulfilled. Those terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

Use the support contact on your offer or receipt and include the order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, or sign-in codes. For managed checkout, Mister Pop coordinates payment questions with the supplier; product, delivery, and event questions may also require the supplier’s help.

A refund, including a partial refund, or an active payment dispute can pause further use of a paid Right while it is reviewed. Existing receipts and usage history remain. For place Rights, payment review blocks new publication without automatically ending existing occupancy or canceling an event; changes to an existing booking require coordination with the venue and organizer. A recovered payment does not automatically clear a review: the review must also confirm that further use is appropriate.

Customer refunds and a participant’s repayment obligations are separate matters. A customer’s entitlement to a required refund does not depend on Mister Pop first recovering money from another participant.

Creators

Only contribute work you own or have permission to use. Secure the permissions needed for any people, music, images, brands, performances, or other material included in your contribution. Describe your work and the permissions you are offering accurately.

You retain ownership of your work. By submitting it, you give Mister Pop permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the features and publication you request. Any permission granted to another participant is governed by the applicable Listing, Right, or agreement; uploading work alone does not grant unrestricted reuse.

Honor the scope and duration of permissions you grant. Editing or withdrawing an offering does not, by itself, erase an existing agreement or the obligations attached to a previously acquired Right. Identify paid endorsements, sponsorships, and affiliate relationships clearly where people encounter them.

Partners and payments

People and organizations offering work or receiving money must have authority to enter the applicable agreements. Keep your identity, business, payout, and tax information accurate, and complete payment-provider verification when required. Stripe processes managed payments and connected-account onboarding under its applicable terms.

Your agreed commercial terms determine compensation, fees, settlement conditions, and any reserve or recovery arrangement. Review them before accepting. An estimated allocation is not a guarantee of funds being available or of a bank payout arriving on a particular date. Provider restrictions, unresolved payment issues, and incomplete verification can delay payment.

Supply accurate fulfillment information and cooperate with refund and dispute reviews. Preserve evidence needed to explain what was offered and delivered, and respond within the deadlines communicated for a case.

Mister Pop remains responsible to its payment provider for platform charges. Any allocation of processing costs, refunds, disputes, losses, reserves, or repayment between participants must follow the applicable agreement and law. This page does not create an unrestricted right to debit your bank account or recover another participant’s losses from you.

Tax and information-reporting responsibilities depend on the offering, transaction, and applicable law. Provide the information required for your role and fulfill the obligations assigned to you by law and your agreement. Receiving a payment through Stripe does not, by itself, determine who owes a tax or files a return.

Commercial records and allocations describe payment obligations. They are not a consumer wallet, transferable stored value, or a promise of escrow protection.

Venues and organizers

Offer access only where you have the necessary authority. Clearly describe permitted activities, dates, capacity, accessibility information, admission conditions, and any restrictions. Obtain the permissions, permits, and insurance required for the activities you organize.

Coordinate safety, staffing, access, and fulfillment with the people involved. Communicate material changes, cancellations, and closures promptly, and follow the remedies agreed for affected participants and customers. Publishing an Installation does not replace permission to use a site or satisfy event obligations.

Privacy

Our Privacy page explains how the service handles information and the choices available to you. Share only information you are authorized to provide, and use other people’s information only for the purpose for which it was supplied.

Changes and ending access

We may restrict access to protect people or the service, address misuse, comply with law, or respond to a payment or rights issue. Ending access does not erase completed transactions, existing agreements, outstanding obligations, or records needed to resolve them.

Changes to these terms will identify their effective date. A later version does not automatically rewrite a completed purchase or an existing agreement. Additional agreement may be needed where a change affects previously accepted commercial terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
